What happens next in this book is that when Bella gets back to her house she wont talk to like anyone. Everyday she just sits in her room hoping for Edward to come back. Months after months though he never comes. Bella's dad wont leave her alone about asking her if shes okay though. Ever since Edward had left Bella's been having horrible dreams about Victoria the other vampire killing her, her dads always having to come in her room at night to stop her from screaming. 

What i thinks going to happen next is that Bella's dreams are just gonna get worse and worse.
