What happens next in this book is that Lilly stars looking around the house. when she goes up stairs she notices a huge room with all shiny hard wood floor and a big schandaleer made of all dimonds glisining in the sun. Lilly looks at her mother and asks is Uncle Wesley a millionair her mother ignores the question and walks downstairs. About a half an hour later Lilly meets up with her mom in the kitchen again as shes putting the grocerys away, they start talking about how the house had been in there family for over a hundred years, and that nothing had changed about it since Lilly was little. Lilly asked " was dad here at that time?" again her mother just ignored her.
What i think is goint to happen next is that theres gonna be some kind of story behind why Lillys mom keeps ignoring her questions.

ReplyDeleteYou are doing well on your summaries though I would like to see you write about any clues in the story that that help tell why you make the predictions that you are makeing. Also be sure to define the vocabulary words so that you learn them. And also, remember to use your apostrophes for your contractions (I'd, won't, don't, can't, etc.) and your posessive nouns (Lilly's mom, her dad's idea, the dog's bone).
